You may only list animals and items you own or are authorized to sell. Listings must be accurate and may not be fraudulent, misleading, or illegal. We may remove any listing at our discretion.

Transactions

Horse Trading Post is an advertising venue only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not guarantee any listing, animal, or item. Always inspect before you buy and use a written purchase agreement.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse the messaging system, harvest user information, or post content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horse Trading Post is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from transactions initiated through it.
